This Introductory programme is designed for people who have acquired brain injury, no matter what the underlying cause, and introduces the foundations of LM . It covers the seven pillars of LM through engaging educational videos, quizzes, and written materials. I’m a retired medical practitioner. Throughout my career, I was always interested in Lifestyle Medicine (LM), but it wasn’t until a significant head injury that I looked into LM—not just as a theory, but as a practical, daily approach to recovery and well-being. I experienced first-hand both the challenges and the benefits of putting it into action. Now, I’ve devoted this chapter of my life to educating and supporting people. My mission is to share what I’ve learned and help others tap into the power of LM—so they too can improve their health, one step at a time.
