I’m a retired medical practitioner. Throughout my career, I was always interested in Lifestyle Medicine (LM), but it wasn’t until a significant head injury forced me to leave clinical practice that I started putting it into practice. I took a deep dive into LM—not just as a theory, but as a practical, daily approach to recovery and well-being. I experienced first-hand both the challenges and the benefits of putting it into action. Now, I’ve devoted this chapter of my life to educating and supporting people. My mission is to share what I’ve learned and help others tap into the power of LM—so they too can improve their health, one step at a time.

About the course

This "Let's Get Started" programme is designed for people who have an acquired brain injury, no matter what the underlying cause, and delves into the foundations of LM in more depth.  It covers the seven pillars of LM through engaging educational videos, quizzes, and written materials. There is a welcoming online community where you can ask questions, join webinars, and connect with others on similar journeys.
